Delivery & Returns.

We only deliver to street addresses within Australia. We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes. To avoid any issues, we highly recommend you have your order shipped to one of these locations:

  • a business address
  • an address you know you will be at through the day
  • an address where you know someone will be there to sign for the parcel

Important Information
Once your order has been placed, you will not be able to change the shipping address. Should you wish to change it, you must cancel your original order and place a new order with your updated shipping address

If you wish to cancel your order, you are required to do so within 24 hours. In the event that your order has already shipped prior to you cancelling you will be responsible for all shipping costs should you require a refund

Please notify us immediately if your shipping details are missing or incorrect (address, phone number, special delivery instructions)

Our Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item you have purchased you must contact TuffStuff Trade Solutions within 7 days of receipt of goods. We ask that you contact our team prior to shipping your items back to us explaining your issue and/or reason for return.

All items are inspected on arrival at our warehouse. Please ensure your items are:

  • undamaged and unused
  • in their original packaging

All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. If your return is approved, your refund will be returned to your original form of payment. All refunds will be processed within one week of receiving the returned items.
